This policy applies both to canceling a booking or to making changes to an existing booking.
- Accommodation bookings refer to the Spiritual Care Centre, Cottages and Hostel.
- Events must be cancelled before they start.
Cancellation Policy for Onsite Events, Accommodation, and Group Bookings
Cancellation fees apply to all cancellations and rescheduling.
- Less than 2 working days before arrival: No refund.
- 3–10 working days before arrival: 50% of the total fee is charged.
- 10–15 working days before arrival: 75% of the total fee is charged.
- You may choose instead to leave your payment on account for a future booking, minus a €25 administration fee.
- More than 15 working days before arrival: A €25 administration fee applies.
- Hostel dormitory (non-event stays): 10% of the total fee, up to a maximum of €25, will be charged.
Events (One-Day or Half-Day)
- Less than 2 working days before the event: No refund.
- More than 15 working days before the event: A €5 administration fee applies.
Online Events – Cancellation Policy
- 10% of the total feeis charged for online retreat cancellations.
Severe Weather Policy
If your travel is affected by a Red Warning Alert from Met Éireann, we will transfer your booking to alternative dates within 12 months.
- A price difference may apply if the new dates fall in a higher-priced season.
Lunch Cancellation Policy
- Lunch reservations must be made before 10:30 a.m. on the day or booked with your accommodation reservation.
- After 10:30 a.m. on the day, lunch payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any outstanding balance.
Compassionate exceptions
In case of any cancellation due to serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as early as possible. We consider compassionate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
