Alison Chalinoor

Alison Chalinoor

Alison has studied the Buddhist teachings for over 25 years with many masters of our time. She has a background in biology and physiology and has always been interested in the functioning of the mind. She found that the wisdom of the Buddhist teachings is far-reaching, and although Buddha taught over 2500 years ago, the teachings apply to modern day as they help us to deal with the stresses and strains of daily life. Alison has had the good fortune to spend time with masters which have helped her understand the importance of awareness in our daily activities and how our inherent nature is untouched by all the drama and intensity of the busy lives we lead.
