Over the years hundreds of volunteers have come to Dzogchen Beara to help out in different ways. We are immensely grateful to all volunteers for their help! Some stay for a few weeks, others a few months, but all share a passion for genuine human connection and are welcomed with open arms by our spiritual community.

Volunteers are encouraged to join daily Guided Meditation Practices and to participate in any dharma sessions that are provided for volunteers. Volunteers can also attend retreats and events, dependent on work commitments and length of stay.

Work-Exchange Volunteer roles

The Dzogchen Beara Work-Exchange programme offers a unique opportunity for volunteers to live and work in a spiritual environment. During your stay you will share the hostel with other volunteers. For information on opportunities in this programme please contact us.
