Awake

Spring Meditation Retreat with Kirsten DeLeo
Tuesday 1 April 11am to Thursday 3 April 1pm

Spring is a great time to make a fresh start. Meditation is a down-to-earth and practical resource. It helps us stay sane, feel more in touch with ourselves, connected with others and awake in our lives.

This restorative meditation retreat focuses on how we can better deal with anxiety, stress and distractions, and stay more grounded, spacious and kind.

Each day will include:

  • short teachings and discussions
  • sitting and walking meditations
  • periods of silence
  • gentle mindfulness movements
  • time for rest and relaxation

During the retreat, there is the possibility of personal interviews with Kirsten to clarify practice questions.

After the retreat, participants will receive recorded meditations to inspire their meditation practice at home.
