9-Week Online Course for Developing Resilience
with Fiona Clarke
Thursdays 7pm to 8.30pm, 23 January to 27 March (Irish Time)

Connected Educators introduces practical tools to manage stress, boost resilience and strengthen emotional intelligence. We use evidence-based tools including mindfulness, empathy and compassion exercises.

The course is experiential and interactive – we progressively build our capacity to care for ourselves and others. We also explore creative ways to share well-being tools with children and young people.

Dates: January 23, 30; February 6, 13, (mid-term break on 20th), 27; March 6, 13, 20, 27
With an optional 1-2-1 review of guiding a practice the first week of April.

Ceri Seel
Ceri Seel
Ceri Seel, one of the founder members of Mind with Heart, will be facilitating the course. Ceri has been studying and practising meditation for more than 30 years. He has received instruction from some renowned Buddhist teachers, both Eastern and Western, and has completed some significant practice retreats. In addition, 2014 he completed a PG Dip in Mindfulness based Approaches with Exeter University under the tutelage of Willem Kyuken (Ritblat Professor of Mindfulness and Psychological Science at Oxford University) and Christina Feldman (acclaimed Insight meditation teacher, author and founder of Gaia House and Bodhi College). Ceri specialised in mindfulness in schools, as he has been a secondary school teacher on and off for the last twenty years, where he has sought to bring mindfulness to both students and teachers.
