Weekend and Dzogchen Teachings
Friday 14 March 7:30pm to Sunday 23 March 1pm

For the first time, Patrick Gaffney will be leading a retreat for the Rigpa Sangha in the new temple in Dzogchen Beara.

Patrick will begin his teachings with a weekend retreat open to the entire Rigpa Sangha from Friday 14 to Monday 17 March.
Then from Tuesday 18 to Sunday 23 March, there will be a rare and precious opportunity to receive Dzogchen teachings from Patrick Gaffney.

This event is open to members of the Rigpa Dzogchen Mandala and Ngöndro Mandala students who:

  • Have taken Refuge and Bodhisattva vows,
  • Have a solid foundation and experience of the principles and practices of the Mahayana, such as training in bodhichitta and lojong,
  • Have received extensive teachings (not just introductory ones) on all the ngöndro practices, including guru yoga,
  • Have completed at least 25% of the ngöndro accumulations and are on track to continue, and
  • Have already received at least one Vajrayana empowerment.

Dzogchen Beara is a not-for-profit charity. The fees are set at a minimum to cover the costs of this event but we have many other daily expenses to keep the centre open. Please consider making a donation where indicated during your booking.
