Programme
Rigdzin Düpa: Wednesday 4 February 8am to Friday 6 February 7 pm
From Wednesday 4 February 8am to Friday 6 February 7pm we practice Rigdzin Düpa, ‘The Gathering of Vidyadharas,’ the inner lama practice from the Longchen Nyingtik, the terma revelation of Jikmé Lingpa. You are welcome to participate if you have a Guru Rinpoche empowerment and are familiar with practicing sadhanas such as Tendrel Nyesel.
Yang Nying Pudri Drupchö: Wednesday 11 February 8am to Tuesday 17 February 4 pm
From Wednesday 11 February 8am to Tuesday 17 February 4pm we practice Yang Nying Pudri, the Razor of the Innermost Essence, a cycle of Vajrakilaya practices revealed as a terma by Tertön Sogyal. It is the main yidam practice of the Rigpa sangha.
A drupchö is an elaborate way of doing a particular Vajrayana practice over several days – in this case seven days. Unlike a drupchen, which is also practiced over several days, this is not a 24h practice; it is only done during the day. You are welcome to participate if you have a Vajrakilaya empowerment and are already practicing sadhanas such as Tendrel Nyesel.
Riwo Sangchö and Wang Du intensive:
From Saturday 21 to Monday 23 February we practice Riwo Sangchö, ‘The Mountain Smoke Offering’. This practice comes from the viewpoint of Dzogchen. It is really the best practice to remove obstacles and fulfil both temporary and long-term wishes. Practiced daily at Dzogchen Beara, during this time we will accumulate a bit more each day. You are welcome to participate if you have a Guru Rinpoche empowerment.
Wang Dü is an extraordinary prayer that brings within one’s power, all phenomena in the entire universe, while at its most powerful, it bestows the ability to tame one’s mind. The practice of Wang Dü can also remove obstacles and enable one to influence ordinary adverse circumstances and transform them into positive ones. During this time we will focus on reciting this prayer as an assembly.
