The Power of Intention – Online

A Morning Seminar with Anne Sheehan
Sunday 12 January, 10am to 12pm (Irish Time)

Take some time out at the beginning of the New Year for a morning of guided reflection and contemplation and to make aspiration prayers.

What do we really want? We often have wishes but are not always clear in articulating them for ourselves. What will help us, not just now, but in the long term?

During this morning there will be time to explore the power of consciously setting intentions and to make note of our own personal aspirations. There will be time for guided reflection, contemplation and small group interaction. Setting our intention at the beginning of any activity is very powerful, so why not at the beginning of the year.

“Anne has a lovely gentle and wise approach and so easy to listen to. Thank you.”

“This was a fantastic event. I discovered how intentions are powerful and that we can return to them always, regardless of outcome”. – Claire, Cork, Ireland

“The importance of setting (and reminding oneself) of intention in life is fundamental. This was an excellent event”. – Sam, United Kingdom
