Calm Abiding (shamatha) meditation supports us to be mindful, aware and spacious, allowing our mind to settle into a state of natural peace, free from distraction.

Loving Kindness
Loving Kindness practice cultivates our innate capacity for loving. Beginning with love for ourselves, we open our hearts so that our love can expand to embrace all beings.
